General Return Policy

At ClearView Pools and Landscape LLC, we aim for your complete satisfaction with our products and services. However, due to the nature of our offerings, our return policy is structured as follows:

 

1. Pool Installations:

  • Non-Refundable: Once installation begins, pool installations are considered final and non-refundable. We offer a [Warranty Period, e.g., 1-year] warranty on workmanship, covering any defects or issues not caused by misuse or external factors this does not include un cosmetic defects on any parts or wrinkles in pool liners.

2. Pool Products and Equipment:

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return most unused, unopened, and undamaged products in their original packaging.

    • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.

    • Shipping Costs: Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is at the customer's expense.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Chemicals, Paint, and Consumables: These cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

    • Custom Orders: Custom pool liners, covers, or any specially ordered products are non-returnable due to their bespoke nature.

 

3. Services:

  • Service Refunds: Refunds for services (e.g., pool cleaning, maintenance, or repairs) are not provided once the service has been performed. If you're unsatisfied, we will gladly revisit and correct any issues at no additional cost within [Warranty Period, e.g., 30 days] after service completion.

 

4. Cancellations:

  • Before Installation/Service: You may cancel your order or appointment without penalty if done before any work begins or products are shipped.

  • After Work Begins: If work has started or products have been shipped, standard return policies apply, including potential restocking fees, no refunds on shipping costs, and a minimum trip charge of $175 if a service visit was required if technician arrived on service site.

 

5. Defective Products:

  • If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will either repair, replace, or provide store credit, dependent on the manufacturer's warranty and our assessment. Return shipping for defective items will be covered by us if the defect is confirmed.

 

6. How to Return:

  • Return Authorization: All returns must be pre-approved. Contact us at [info@ClearViewPL.com/508-202-0132] for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Return Shipping: Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship to:

    • ClearView Pools and Landscape LLC

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition with all included materials.

 

7. Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), minus any applicable fees. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

 

8. Exceptions:

  • ClearView Pools and Landscape LLC reserves the right to refuse returns at our discretion if the item does not meet the return conditions or if the return policy is abused.

 

9. Changes to This Policy:

  • We reserve the right to modify this return policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
